Home sweet home

After last week (VBS) it was nice to have a quiet night at home. We had dinner then went for a long walk together as a family. After our walk we sat on the back porch and had homemade ice cream. (from the homemade pie and ice cream kitchen, of course) Ahh if only every night were like tonight. I love our little family.




Micah has the sweetest smile. But, I cant seem to capture a picture of it. When I hold the camera up to take a picture he stops smiling. I think it is a baby game he plays. As soon as I get a good picture of his handsome smile I will post it immediately.









Grace loves her Kix. I am trying to teach her to say "kid tested, mother approved". In an attempt to take a shower today I filled a bowl up and put her on the bed and let her watch Sesame Street. She spilled some Kix on our bed and I said "Uh Oh Spagettioh's". Grace said, " Uh Oh Sgettigoes" very cute.




Last week we had VBS at our church. Melissa and I led the music. It was a long but very fun week. Every night the kids would bring coins for missions. There was a competition between the classes. Each minister at our church was on a team. Which ever team lost, their minister had to go in the dunking booth. Dale was a champ. He got dunked several times. I was very very proud of him. Cory, our pastore in the middle, really got into character.
