Still Expecting...

Well, we are still expecting. That is, we are still expecting the arrival of our fourth child. For Hannah, she feels like she has been expecting this blessing for a long, long time. However, I am glad to report we are on the final stretch of the pregnancy! This coming Tuesday, Hannah will be 38 weeks along. As of now, God has graced us with a healthy baby and a healthy mommy, for which we are most grateful. Furthermore, we have been very blessed by people in both our immediate family and our church family. For those of you who have called, cooked, cleaned, and just plain cared for us over the last several weeks, thank you. You have been more of a blessing than you realize!

As you can tell, the kids are ready for the baby to arrive too. I had to post the picture above because it was simply too funny. Grace and Micah thought it was "hysterical" (as Grace says) to dress up like mommy by adding some stuffing under their t-shirts.

Finally, as of tonight, we have completed the last task in preparation for the baby. I spent some time earlier in the evening hanging a few more nursery decorations and I am glad to report that the room is now finished...I think...I hope. Please continue to pray for the safety of our youngest daughter and for the safety of Hannah as she delivers the baby. Hopefully, next week's post will be filled with pictures of a newborn.
